It’s simple to cook them. Just boil a large pot of water with a big handful of salt and a bit of sugar.

Slip the lobsters inand boil for 7-10 minutes. Enjoy!

If you like golf, there are many excellent golf courses throughout the island, in fact, P.E.I. is known as the Golf Capital of Canada!  one of the best, The Rodd at Mill River is conveniently located approximately 45 minutes away.

The West Point Lighthouse is not far from the site and features a museum, gift shop and fine dining restaurant.  It is located by Cedar Dunes National Park.  www.westpointlighthouse.com

Throughout the island there are many fine restaurants and live theatre is plentiful. Major centres such as Summerside (approximately one hour away) and the capital city of Charlottown (approximately two hours away) are a pleasure to visit and contain restaurants, entertainment and shopping.

There are many attractions in P.E.I. for visitors. The famed “Anne of Green Gables” attracts thousands of visitors from all around the world.  2008 marks the 100th Anniversary of the story of Anne.
