The prime beach front lot (1.3 acres) has an already existing three-bedroom cottage with breezeway and garage build by the owner of the development.  This cottage and lot is available for a price of $195,000.

Lots may be reserved with a $5,000.00 deposit. This will enable a prospective purchaser to reserve a lot until able to inspect the site or complete a purchase. If after visiting the site or for any reason the prospective purchaser does not wish to continue with the purchase, the reserve deposit will be refunded in full.
